The Nedo NC‑140S is a powerful note‑value counting and sorting machine built for environments where accurate and secure cash handling is essential, such as banks, large retailers, or cash centers. It detects counterfeit notes using multiple technologies (UV, MG, IR, image sensors), supports up to ten currencies, and sorts by denomination, face, and orientation. The system accommodates large batches with a hopper capacity of up to 500 new notes (300 old), with a stacker for 200 notes and reject tray for up to 80 notes. The user interface is a graphic 3.5‑inch touch TFT LCD, allowing intuitive operation including mix value counting, batch counts, and detection of irregular notes (e.g. double, chain, half notes). Interfaces such as USB, RJ11, and printer ports allow integration into existing workflows. Despite its advanced capability, it remains relatively compact, weighing about 10 kg.
